Our room was amazing, from the bed you will get a full jungle view in addition to the great pool view from the balcony. It is surrounded by nature and the environment is very chill- even though it’s walking distance from the main street, you will not hear any noise. We must highlight the quality of the breakfast, you have several options to choose and the coffee is also remarkable. The pool area invite you to relax and enjoy! Next to the pool there are a couple of sunbeds and umbrellas. The rooms are extremely clean and the service from the hotel was great. Amanda, the receptionist, is the best!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service! Amazing experience at Alas Petulu! The whole team was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They arranged my airport transfer, organized a scooter with all the equipment I requested, and were always available to help with my different requests. They even saved me on my departure morning when the driver I had booked separately was 35 minutes late and I was at risk of missing my boat. The team immediately reacted and managed to find me another driver at the last minute. I can be quite demanding and very specific with my requests, but they always did their absolute best with a smile. The level of service was honestly exceptional. This place is so good! Good location in Ubud, good service, friendly staff. It is very tranquil. Walking distance to all your needs but far enough away from the noisy main roads. Really enjoyed our stay at the Alas Petulu Villa Resort and Spa. Firstly, the scenery around the entirety of the resort is breathtaking with incredible views of the rainforest all around. The resort is located only 5 minutes walking to the centre of Ubud’s main district, which we found to be extremely beneficial as the traffic around Ubud can get quite heavily congested. Despite the resort being located close the main centre, it was truely a quiet and pleasant escape as it feels you are indeed in the middle of the rainforest. The rooms were incredible with all amenities included and were all well designed. The resort has a smaller infinity style pool near the back as well as down below a larger communal pool, with some villas even having private pools. Would like to give a special thanks to the receptionist Amanda for being so kind and accommodating to all our requests and always engaging pleasantly with conversations that we had.

Magnifique lieu proche du centre d'Ubud tout en étant au calme au milieu de la nature. 🌳🌼🍀 Deux piscines et des chaises longues permettent de se détendre au milieu de la jungle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le jardin est bien entretenu. Tout le personnel vraiment adorable, souriant, et serviable.  Mention spéciale pour Amanda qui gère l'accueil et qui est au petit soin et nous conseille vraiment bien. Elle nous a vraiment donné plein d'informations. Nous avons été arnaqué dans un money change dans Ubud. Soyez vigilant. Amanda était vraiment désolé et a prévenu les autorités. Merci Amanda pour le soleil que tu ajoutes à ce lieu ☺️ Nous avons réservé des massages sur le lieu et nous avons vraiment apprécié les deux masseuses et les différents massages et soins sélectionnés.
