By making a reservation or staying at Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including their full name, contact details, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and other information required to complete the booking.
A reservation is considered confirmed once a confirmation has been issued through our booking system or directly by Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa.
Reservations made through third-party booking platforms may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.
Rates and Payments
Accommodation rates are displayed in the currency stated during the booking process. Rates, taxes, service charges, promotions, inclusions, and other applicable fees will be presented during the reservation process.
Depending on the selected rate plan, payment may be required at the time of booking, partially in advance, or at the property.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including food and beverage, spa treatments, transportation, activities, additional guests, or other services, are payable by the guest.
Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment providers. Additional banking, currency conversion, or transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method and the guest’s financial institution.
Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
Some rates may allow free cancellation within a specified period, while other rates may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
The cancellation policy displayed during the booking process will take precedence over the general cancellation provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
If a cancellation is made after the applicable cancellation deadline, a cancellation charge may apply in accordance with the selected rate plan.

No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
Any applicable no-show charges will be determined according to the rate plan and cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are subject to the property’s current operating policy and will be communicated to guests during the reservation process or prior to arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests who require early arrival or late departure are encouraged to contact our team in advance.
Guest Information and Occupancy
Guests must provide accurate information regarding the number of occupants staying in the villa or room.
Maximum occupancy varies according to the accommodation type. The accommodation must not be occupied by more guests than the maximum capacity stated for the selected room or villa unless prior approval has been obtained from Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa.
Additional guest charges may apply where applicable.
Identification and Registration
Guests may be required to present valid identification documents upon check-in in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
The name on the reservation may be required to correspond with the identification document presented at check-in.
Property and Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the accommodation, furniture, equipment, facilities, and other property belonging to Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa.
Guests may be charged for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their actions, negligence, or misuse of the property or its facilities.
Guests must not remove hotel property from the premises without prior authorization.

Parties, Events and Excessive Noise

Parties, events, commercial activities, or gatherings that may disturb other guests or damage the property are not permitted without prior approval from management.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and the surrounding community.
Management reserves the right to intervene where guest behavior causes disturbance, safety concerns, or damage to the property.
Children and Additional Guests
Children are welcome where permitted by the selected accommodation type.
Guest capacity, child policies, additional beds, breakfast arrangements, and applicable charges may vary depending on the room or villa booked.
Guests should confirm these requirements before completing their reservation.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance by Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa.
Special Requests
Special requests such as airport transfers, romantic arrangements, additional amenities, dining arrangements, spa treatments, activities, or other services are subject to availability.
A special request is not guaranteed unless it has been specifically confirmed by the property.

Services and Facilities

Force Majeure
Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, fire, infrastructure failures, strikes, civil disturbances, or other events that materially affect the property’s ability to operate.
Where such circumstances occur, the property will make reasonable efforts to assist affected guests and provide available alternatives in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.
Changes to Reservations by the Property
In exceptional circumstances, the property may need to modify or relocate a reservation due to operational, safety, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where this occurs, Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative or other reasonable solution.
Privacy
Personal information provided during the reservation process may be used to process bookings, communicate with guests, provide accommodation and related services, and comply with applicable legal and administrative requirements.
